Welcome to the website of the Cel Coördinatie Vlaamse Rand. This unit provides back-up to the policies of the Flemish Government in the Vlaamse Rand. To this end it coordinates initiatives that enhance the livability and the Flemish character of the Rand. This site provides general and thematic information on the Vlaamse Rand.
The Vlaamse Rand is the ring of Flemish municipalities around the capital, Brussels. It is called Vlaams (Flemish) because it lies entirely in Flanders and its official language is Dutch. Read more...
