Are you planning to organise a football camp, a cultural gathering for all the residents, a stimulating language course or an 11th July party for the whole municipality? Are you getting non-Dutch speakers interested in your volleyball team or youth club? If so, you can obtain a subsidy from the Flemish Community.

After all, the Flemish authorities want to strengthen the Flemish character of the Vlaamse Rand. At the same time they want to stimulate non-Dutch speakers in the area to take part in Flemish social and cultural life. To achieve these aims they want to enthuse as many local authorities, youth and sports clubs and other clubs as possible, by among other things giving local initiatives a financial shot in the arm.
